John is passionate about education through music and is experienced in performing in all kinds of settings, especially in schools centres for adults with learning difficulties.
He has performed extensively on the Live Music Now! scheme with the Tempest Saxophone Quartet and often works with pianist Tim Sidford to provide entertaining and interactive concerts. Recently he has been involved in the outreach programme for the Chichester Festivities.
Concerts are interactive and varied, introducing anything from jazz to classical music, from tangos to african songs. Audience members often clap, sing, dance and even conduct the quartet!
